有机肥部分替代化肥氮对叶菜产量和环境效应的影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
针对叶菜类蔬菜有机肥氮替代化肥氮的最佳替代比例及对经济效益和环境效应综合评价较缺乏等问题,本研究采用田间试验,对包心菜和小青菜进行等氮水平下不同比例有机肥替代化肥处理,包括:纯化肥氮(0M),25%、50%、75%和100%有机肥替代化肥(25%M、50%M、75%M和100%M),研究不同处理下蔬菜产量、经济效益、土壤氨挥发和氧化亚氮排放。结果表明, 25%M处理下包心菜和小青菜产量均达最高,且与0M处理相比包心菜和小青菜的产量分别增加15.0%(P0.05)和16.3%(P0.05)。25%M比0M处理经济效益分别增加11.7%和5.4%,但在50%M、75%M和100%M处理下经济效益为负增长。25%M处理下,氨挥发累积排放量在包心菜和小青菜季分别为42.1kg·hm~(-2)和12.9kg·hm~(-2),比0M处理分别降低23.4%(P0.05)和41.6%(P0.05); 0M和25%M处理间氧化亚氮累积排放量无显著差异, 25%M处理在包心菜和小青菜季的氧化亚氮累积排放量分别为0.74 kg·hm~(-2)和3.06 kg·hm~(-2);与25%M处理相比, 50%M、75%M和100%M处理下氧化亚氮排放分别增加33.7%~60.8%(P0.05)、50.0%~134.3%(P0.05)和56.8%~185.6%(P0.05)。基于此,提出叶菜类蔬菜有机肥氮替代化肥氮的适宜替代比例在25%左右时可实现最佳的增效减排效果。  相似文献

[目的][方法] 本研究以原生动物尾草履虫(Paramecium caudatum)为实验对象, 对目前广泛应用的两种纳米材料,纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)和纳米氧化锌(ZnO)的24小时急性毒性进行了比较研究,分析了草履虫在两种纳米材料胁迫下抗氧化酶活性的改变,并结合两种纳米材料的超微形态,探讨了纳米材料毒性效应的机制,为两种纳米材料的环境毒性监测与评价提供依据。[结果]结果显示:对尾草履虫的24小时半数效应浓度(24h-EC50)分别为51.580mg·L-1(TiO2)、0.444mg·L-1(ZnO);最低有影响浓度(24h-LOEC)分别为1.712mg·L-1(TiO2)、0.352mg·L-1(ZnO);以EC50浓度24小时胁迫尾草履虫,获得抗氧化酶活性改变为:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性与对照组相比有不同程度的改变,经成对检验分析,两种纳米材料对尾草履虫的POD酶表现出较为明显的抑制作用。[结论]上述结果表明:纳米氧化锌对草履虫的24小时急性毒性大于纳米二氧化钛,这与纳米氧化锌对草履虫抗氧化酶的抑制作用更强,以及纳米氧化锌(30nm)的超微形态相较于纳米二氧化钛(25nm)更加纤细和尖锐有关;本研究获得的24小时急性毒性指标可用于监测和评价两种纳米材料的环境毒性,并为纳米材料的环境容量和生态安全阈值确定提供参考。  相似文献

Fungal N2O production results from a respiratory denitrification that reduces NO3/NO2 in response to the oxidation of an electron donor, often organic C. Despite similar heterotrophic nature, fungal denitrifiers may differ from bacterial ones in exploiting diverse resources. We hypothesized that complex C compounds and substances could favor the growth of fungi over bacteria, and thereby leading to fungal dominance for soil N2O emissions. Effects of substrate quality on fungal and bacterial N2O production were, therefore, examined in a 44-d incubation after soils were amended with four different substrates, i.e., glucose, cellulose, winter pea, and switchgrass at 2 mg C g−1 soil. During periodic measurements of soil N2O fluxes at 80% soil water-filled pore space and with the supply of KNO3, substrate treatments were further subjected to four antibiotic treatments, i.e., no antibiotics or soil addition of streptomycin, cycloheximide or both so that fungal and bacterial N2O production could be separated. Up to d 8 when antibiotic inhibition on substrate-induced microbial activity and/or growth was still detectable, bacterial N2O production was generally greater in glucose- than in cellulose-amended soils and also in winter pea- than in switchgrass-amended soils. In contrast, fungal N2O production was more enhanced in soils amended with cellulose than with glucose. Therefore, fungal-to-bacterial contribution ratios were greater in complex than in simple C substrates. These ratios were positively correlated with fungal-to-bacterial activity ratios, i.e., CO2 production ratios, suggesting that substrate-associated fungal or bacterial preferential activity and/or growth might be the cause. Considering substrate depletion over time and thereby becoming limited for microbial N2O production, measurements of soil N2O fluxes were also carried out with additional supply of glucose, irrespective of different substrate treatments. This measurement condition might lead to potentially high rates of fungal and bacterial N2O production. As expected, bacterial N2O production was greater with added glucose than with added cellulose on d 4 and d 8. However, this pattern was broken on d 28, with bacterial N2O production lower with added glucose than with added cellulose. In contrast, plant residue impacts on soil N2O fluxes were consistent over 44-d, with greater bacterial contribution, lower fungal contribution, and thus lower fungal-to-bacterial contribution ratios in winter pea- than in switchgrass-amended soils. Real-time PCR analysis also demonstrated that the ratios of 16S rDNA to ITS and the copy numbers of bacterial denitrifying genes were greater in winter pea- than in switchgrass-amended soils. Despite some inconsistency found on the impacts of cellulose versus glucose on fungal and bacterial leading roles for N2O production, the results generally supported the working hypothesis that complex substrates promoted fungal dominance for soil N2O emissions.  相似文献

We investigated nitrous oxide (N2O) emission from an irrigated rice field over two years to evaluate the management of nitrogenous fertiliser and its effect on reducing emissions. Four forms of nitrogenous fertilisers: NPK at the recommended application rate, starch–urea matrix (SUM) + PK, neem‐coated urea + PK and urea alone (urea without coating) were used. Gas samples were collected from the field at weekly intervals with the static chamber technique. N2O emissions from different treatments ranged from 11.58 to 215.81 N2O‐N μg/m2/h, and seasonal N2O emissions from 2.83 to 3.89 kg N2O‐N/ha. Compared with other fertilisers, N2O emissions were greatest after the application of the conventional NPK fertiliser. Moreover, SUM + PK reduced total N2O emissions by 22.33% (< 0.05) compared with NPK during the rice‐growing period (< 0.05). The results indicate a strong correlation between N2O emissions and soil organic carbon, nitrate, ammonium, above‐ and below‐ground plant biomass and photosynthesis (< 0.05). The application of SUM + PK in rice fields is suitable as a means of reducing N2O emissions without affecting grain production.  相似文献

目的:观察持续被动运动(CPM)和补充一氧化氮(NO)供体——硝酸甘油(NG)对兔骨关节炎(OA)模型中软骨基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)和MMP-13表达以及NO含量的影响,探讨CPM下调MMPs的可能机制。方法:30只3~4月龄雄性新西兰大白兔,其中6只进行假手术作为正常对照组(NC组),另外24只建立膝关节OA模型,术后随机分为4组,即OA对照组(OA组)、OA硝酸甘油给药组(NG组)、OA持续被动运动组(CPM组)、OA持续被动运动+硝酸甘油给药组(CPM+NG组),每组各6只。NC组和OA组不作处理,NG组给予NG软膏膝关节局部涂抹,CMP组在CPM训练仪上进行膝关节持续被动运动,CMP+NG组即在运动干预的同时给予NG局部涂抹。4周后取各组软骨组织,硝酸还原酶法测定NO含量,HE染色观察软骨形态学变化并进行Mankin''s评分,实时荧光定量PCR(RQ-PCR)检测MMP-1和MMP-13 mRNA水平,免疫组织化学法测定MMP-1和MMP-13蛋白表达量。结果:NO含量、Mankin''s评分以及MMP-1和MMP-13 mRNA和蛋白水平在OA组明显高于NC组(P<0.01),NG组高于OA组(P<0.01),CPM组低于OA组和NG组(P<0.01),CPM+NG组低于NG组(P<0.01),但高于CPM组(P<0.01)。结论:CPM通过抑制软骨细胞NO合成下调MMP-1和MMP-13表达,进而对软骨细胞起保护作用。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to find difference in vascular perfusion of uterine horns or uterine body throughout the estrous cycle and their relation to circulating nitric oxide and leptin concentrations. Five cyclic mares were subjected to transrectal Doppler ultrasonography and blood sampling for 18 days. Area of color and power Doppler modes was measured in pixels. Day (P = .0001) of the estrous cycle and ovulation (P = .0001) influenced uterine blood flow. Uterine body blood flow directed away from the transducer (blue, P = .0001) increased from day −5 until day 0 (day of ovulation), and its power (P = .0001) blood flow increased from day −6 until day 0; then, both decreased until days 12 and 10, respectively. Conversely to the contralateral uterine horn, ipsilateral uterine horn blood flow directed away from the transducer (blue, P = .0001) increased from day −5 until day −1, and its power (P = .0001) blood flow increased from day −6 until day 0; then, both decreased until day 10. Nitric oxide concentrations (P = .0001) attained two major peaks; the first on day −3 and the other persisted from day 2 until day 5. Leptin concentrations increased (P > .001) with a maximum value on day 0 and then decreased until a minimum value on day 9. In conclusion, during the estrous cycle, ipsilateral uterine horn and uterine body blood vessels had similar blood flow. Both leptin and nitric oxide played a role during follicle growth, ovulation, and corpus luteum development and modulated uterine blood flow before and after ovulation.  相似文献

Emissions of N2O were measured following addition of 15N‐labelled residues of tropical plant species [Vigna unguiculata (cowpea), Mucuna pruriens and Leucaena leucocephala] to a Ferric Luvisol from Ghana at a rate of 100 mg N/kg soil under controlled environment conditions. Residues were also applied in different ratio combinations with inorganic N fertilizer, at a total rate of 100 mg N/kg soil. N2O emissions were increased after addition of residues, and further increased with combined (ratio) applications of residues and inorganic N fertilizer. However, 15N‐N2O production was low and short‐lived in all treatments, suggesting that most of the measured N2O‐N was derived from the applied fertilizer or native soil mineral N pools. There was no consistent trend in magnitude of emissions with increasing proportion of inorganic fertilizer in the application. The positive interactive effect between residue‐ and fertilizer‐N sources was most pronounced in the 25:75 Leucaena:fertilizer and cowpea:fertilizer treatments where 1082 and 1130 mg N2O‐N/g residue were emitted over 30 days. N2O (loge) emission from all residue amended treatments was positively correlated with the residue C:N ratio, and negatively correlated with residue polyphenol content, polyphenol:N ratio and (lignin + polyphenol):N ratio, indicating the role of residue chemical composition in regulating emissions even when combined with inorganic fertilizer. The positive interactive effect in our treatments suggests that it is unlikely that combined applications of residues and inorganic fertilizer can lower N2O emissions unless the residue is of very low quality promoting strong immobilisation of soil mineral N.  相似文献

Occupational exposure to nickel oxide (NiO) is an important cause of respiratory tract cancer. Toxicity is known to be associated with the dissociated component, i.e. nickel (II) ions. To address the relationship between physicochemical properties, including solubility in artificial lysosomal fluid, of NiO and time-course changes in the pulmonary response, we conducted an intratracheal instillation study in male Fischer rats using four different well-characterized NiO products, US3352 (NiO A), NovaWireNi01 (NiO B), I small particle (NiO C), and 637130 (NiO D). The NiOs were suspended in purified water and instilled once intratracheally into male F344 rats (12 weeks old) at 0 (vehicle control), 0.67, 2, and 6 mg/kg body weight. The animals were euthanized on days 3, 28, or 91 after instillation, and blood analysis, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) testing, and histopathological examination were performed. The most soluble product, NiO B, caused the most severe systemic toxicity, leading to a high mortality rate, but the response was transient and surviving animals recovered. The second-most-soluble material, NiO D, and the third, NiO A, caused evident pulmonary inflammation, and the responses persisted for at least 91 days with collagen proliferation. In contrast, NiO C induced barely detectable inflammation in the BALF examination, and no marked changes were noted on histopathology. These results indicate that the early phase toxic potential of NiO products, but not the persistence of pulmonary inflammation, is associated with their solubility.  相似文献

This study aimed to determine the usefulness of colour and pulsed Doppler modes for the accurate diagnosis of donkeys suffering from subfertility to determine whether testicular vascularity assessment could be an indicator for sperm functionality. The study sample was composed of 10 male donkeys with normospermia (control group) and 10 donkeys with hypospermia. Animals underwent scrotal circumference measurement, testicular Doppler examination, seminal evaluation, blood sampling and hormonal assay. Semen volume and concentration were significantly (p ≤ .05) lower in the subfertile group (30.25 ± 1.22 ml and 89.44 ± 2.55 × 106/ml) as compared with the control group (82.76 ± 1.65 ml and 452.78 ± 1.25 × 106/ml), and total sperm/ejaculation was significantly (p ≤ .05) higher in the normal donkeys (28.30 ± 2.32 × 109/total ejaculated) as compared with the subfertile group. Intratesticular coloured area showed a marked decline in the hypospermic males. There was no significant difference between the two groups in testosterone level, although the normal group showed an increase in nitric oxide metabolites. Both Doppler indices of the three branches of the testicular artery were elevated significantly (p ≤ .05) in abnormal donkeys, whereas Doppler peak systolic and end-diastolic velocities were increased in the normal group. Male donkeys with subfertility demonstrated lower arterial vascularity parameters in the form of intratesticular coloured area and blood flow rate; therefore, the most optimal parameters for differentiating subfertile hypospermic from normospermic donkeys were found to be the two Doppler indices, velocities parameters, testicular blood flow rate and nitric oxide levels.  相似文献

试验旨在探讨白肉灵芝水提物(Ganoderma leucocontextum aqueous extracts,GLAE)对脑缺血后海马神经元的保护作用及机制。将50只健康大鼠分为对照组、模型组、GLAE低(0.05 mg/(g·BW))、中(0.1 mg/(g·BW))、高(0.2 mg/(g·BW))剂量组。利用双侧颈总动脉夹闭法建立大鼠脑缺血模型,GLAE组灌胃不同剂量的GLAE干预,对照组和模型组灌胃同体积的生理盐水,连续2周。用跳台试验方法检测记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现障碍大鼠的学习记忆能力,HE染色观察大鼠海马组织的病理形态的变化,比色法检测海马组织一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)活性和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量,Western blotting和实时荧光定量PCR法分别检测海马组织生长相关蛋白-43(growth associated protein-43,GAP-43)和脑源性神经生长因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)的水平。结果显示,与对照组相比,模型组大鼠跳台试验的逃避潜伏期显著缩短、电击次数显著增加(P<0.05);海马神经元细胞出现明显核固缩、排列松散紊乱等退行性改变,细胞数量显著减少(P<0.05);海马组织NOS活性和NO含量均显著降低(P<0.05);大鼠海马组织GAP-43蛋白表达量显著升高(P<0.05);海马组织BDNF mRNA表达量显著下调(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,GLAE干预后,大鼠逃避潜伏期均显著延长、电击次数均显著减少(P<0.05);GLAE高剂量组大鼠CA1区和齿状回锥体神经元细胞形态明显改善,神经元数量显著增加(P<0.05);GLAE低剂量组对NOS活性影响不明显(P>0.05),显著增加NO含量(P<0.05),GLAE中、高剂量组NOS活性和NO含量均显著升高(P<0.05);GLAE低、中、高剂量组海马组织GAP-43蛋白表达量均显著增加(P<0.05);GLAE低、中、高剂量组海马组织BDNF mRNA表达量均显著增加(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,GLAE可通过提高NOS活性和NO水平、促进海马神经发生和功能恢复对脑缺血后海马神经元损伤有一定的保护作用,从而改善大鼠认知功能,0.2 mg/g GLAE效果最好。  相似文献
